Crowning Glory Hair Studio Policies

At Crowning Glory Hair Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure that every guest receives the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies when booking an appointment.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Late Arrival:
We understand that life happens. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests.

If we are unable to accommodate your service due to a late arrival, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy below.

Note: responding to automated text confirmations is not an option to cancel as these responses are not guaranteed to be received by salon staff.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Same-day cancellations will be charged up to 50% of the service.

No Shows:
A No Show is when an appointment is missed without any notice.

No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Guests with repeated No Shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be unable to book with the salon in the future.

 

Refund Policy

Hair Services:
We do not offer refunds on completed hair services.

If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 48 hours so that we may make it right. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we will provide a one-time complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your appointment. Any adjustments beyond 7 days of the original service date will no longer be complimentary. Additionally, Crowning Glory cannot guarantee the results of a service if the recommended home care is not followed (i.e. recommended products, hair care, etc.)

Our goal is always for you to love your hair. However, if a guest repeatedly requests adjustments or remains dissatisfied despite reasonable efforts to correct the service, Crowning Glory Hair Studio reserves the right to decline future bookings. This decision is made to ensure the best experience for both our guests and our stylists.

Retail Products:
Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused and unopened. Used products are not eligible for return or refund.
